Payments, grace, cancellation and refunds
What happens when a card fails, how cancelling works, and how refunds affect credits.
- Failed payment
- A seven-day grace window with full entitlements before anything is suspended. You are told, more than once.
- Suspension
- After grace, the plan drops to Free. Data is kept; monitoring stops.
- Cancellation
- From the billing screen. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free.
- Refunds and disputes
- When money goes back, the credits it bought are clawed back with it. The ledger stays honest in both directions.
Payments run through Stripe or PayPal, whichever your account offers. Card details never touch our servers, and receipts come from the provider that took the payment.
Questions
Where are my invoices?
In the billing screen. With a card, that opens the provider’s own portal for payment methods and receipts; with PayPal, your subscriptions live in your PayPal account.
I cancelled by mistake. Can I undo it?
Yes, any time before the period ends - resubscribe from the billing screen and nothing changes.
Do you refund unused time?
Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period. If something went wrong on our side, talk to us and we will sort it out.
