CSV, JSON and PDF for reports and issue lists, plus scheduled audit-log exports.

Exports are available on reports and on filtered issue lists, so you can export exactly the slice you are looking at. A report export carries what the scan saw as well as what it found: the checks by area, DNS and mail records, indexing and 404 handling. Audit-log exports can additionally be scheduled, and streamed to a SIEM if you keep one.
Taking data out is a sensitive action, so it is written to the audit log with who did it and what was exported.
Questions
Is the PDF good enough to send to a client?
That is what it is for. It says what was checked, what was found and what the coverage was, without needing an edit first.
Can I export everything for every site at once?
Exports are per report or per filtered issue list. For a portfolio-wide pull, use the JSON API.
